01 · Arriving — Arriving at the Client Hub · 0:00
A client lands on their Brand Hub sign-in, reviews what the program covers and starts account access as a Client Admin.
02 · Dashboard — Orienting to the dashboard · 0:16
The hub opens on a role-scoped dashboard: program spend, open quotes, pending approvals, on-time delivery, recent orders and live activity.
03 · Company store — Browsing the branded store · 0:26
The company store shows only approved product, filtered by how each item is produced — made to order, warehouse inventory or on demand replenishment.
04 · Product detail — Product details and pricing · 0:44
Opening a product reveals decoration detail, SKU, unit pricing, minimum quantity and order increments, plus live stock for warehoused items.
05 · Ordering — Selecting quantity and ordering · 1:00
A quantity is selected and the item is added to an order. Employee orders route automatically to their Approving Manager.
06 · Approvals — The approval workflow · 1:08
The approvals queue lists everything waiting on a decision, with dollar limits and department context, so managers approve or reject in one place.
07 · Orders — Orders and order history · 1:18
Every order across departments and locations is tracked in one history — type, total, approver and current status.
08 · Proofs — Quotes and digital proofs · 1:28
Digital proofs are versioned in the hub. Approvers sign off or request a revision, and nothing goes to production until a proof is approved.
09 · Inventory — Warehouse inventory · 1:36
Pre-purchased inventory shows purchased, available and reserved units by bin, drawing down automatically as employees release stock.
10 · Reports — Program reporting · 1:46
Spend by department, adoption and delivery performance roll up so the program can be managed against budget.
11 · Your store — Request a store of your own · 1:56
Any visitor exploring the hub can request the same setup for their own company, straight from inside the demo.
